You can always refuse this however, at the risk of them going on strike. You’ll find yourself having to deal with annoyances like setting up a pension system for your employees. If you play this game on the harder difficulties, things get even more wild. It is the next iteration of the economics engine found in GearCity's Beardgine I and Beardgine II.
